Introducing: The Functional Method
The Functional Method is a program that encompasses preventative and longevity medicine and optimization of chronic conditions in combination with looking for root causes of unexplained or unresolved symptoms.
Together, we’ll do a deep dive and explore underlying disruption in gut function, nutrient imbalances, hormone dysregulation, chronic infections and inflammation, immune dysregulation and cellular dysfunction. Once the underlying problems are discovered, we will work with you to design an individualized plan with a stepwise approach that is attainable and functional to help you lead the most vibrant life possible.
What does The Functional Method include?
Phone Consultation
All new clients receive a FREE 30 minute phone consultation with our provider, so you can learn more about the program and she can learn more about your symptoms and concerns. Together, you’ll decide if you’d like to proceed with the next steps.
Comprehensive Visits and Testing
After your phone consultation, if you elect to proceed with the program, you’ll undergo comprehensive blood testing and advanced functional medicine diagnostic testing. While these tests are in process, you’ll meet with our provider for a one-hour in person “deep dive” to discuss your medical history and perform a physical examination.
Once your test results are received, you’ll have a 1.5 hour visit to review and discuss your results and recommendations for treatment.
Finally, a month after initiating treatment, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with our provider to discuss your progress and see if adjustments are needed.
The cost of this comprehensive program, including all testing and visits, is $3899.
What’s Next?
After your initial testing and visits, you can elect to enroll in our Functional Method Membership Program, or follow-up with our provider only as needed. Our Membership is ideal for individuals with complex issues looking for monthly visits and additional support; our members also receive exclusive discounts on other products and services offered at Rejuvenate MKE and access to members-only events.
Cost of membership is $150 per month and requires a 6 month commitment.
However, we understand a membership may not be right for everyone, so individuals may also choose to follow-up with our provider as needed.
Cost of “as-needed” visits is $250 per visit.
